All sales of wellness programs and services are final unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase. Program fees are non-refundable once clinical services have commenced. Clients wishing to cancel prior to program commencement must notify us in writing at info@lunawellnessaesthetics.com. Payment plan obligations remain in effect regardless of program participation. We reserve the right to terminate services for violation of these Terms, in which case no refund will be issued for services already rendered.

6. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on our Service.
